CropKit を試す
マスクの角をドラッグするか、レイヤー上に新しいマスクを描いてから、Mask Crop を押してください。Auto Crop と Crop Duration では、代わりに実際に描画されている範囲にクロップします。レイヤーのボックスはクロップした範囲まで縮み、アートワークは元の位置から一切動きません。
Crops a pre-comp to what is drawn in it and keeps every layer that uses it exactly where it was.
Auto CropCrops each selected pre-comp to the pixels it shows at the current frame. Layers that are switched off or transparent don't count, and neither do the layer's own masks and effects.
Crop DurationLike Auto Crop, but over every frame between the layer's in and out points, so nothing that moves gets cut. EffectCraft pauses until the scan is done.
Mask CropCrops the pre-comp to the outline of a mask on its layer (a rectangle mask gives an exact box). With several masks, select one in the Timeline or pick it from the list.
Delete MaskRemoves that mask after the crop. Untick it to keep the mask: it stays lined up with the content.
PadPixels to leave around the crop on every side: whole pixels, and a negative value crops into the content.
Previous Crop InfoThe last crop: the sizes before and after, and the pixels taken off each side (+ where the padding added some).
What a crop changesThe pre-comp's top-level layers move by the crop's offset, keys included, and every layer that uses the pre-comp, in every composition, gets its Anchor Point, masks and effect points moved to match. One Undo takes it all back.

Auto Crop は、プリコンポーズを現在のフレームで表示されているピクセルに合わせてトリミングします。Crop Duration はインポイントからアウトポイントまでに表示されるすべての内容に、Mask Crop はそのレイヤーに描いたマスクに合わせてトリミングします。そのプリコンポーズを使っているレイヤーは、どのコンポジションにあっても元の位置から一切動きません。アンカーポイント、マスク、エフェクトポイントは内容と一緒に移動します。1回の取り消しですべて元に戻せます。
